Qlumos is a camera app published by Abdul Afham (“I”, “me”). By downloading or using Qlumos, you agree to these terms.

The app

Qlumos shows and records visual effects on your iPhone. Effects run on the device. There is no account and no sign-up. The app is meant to work offline.

Purchase

Qlumos is a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. Apple processes the payment. Refunds follow Apple’s policies. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases.

License

I grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, under Apple’s App Store rules. You do not own the software. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

Your recordings

You decide what to record and what to share. You are responsible for the people and places in your clips, and for having any permission you need. A clip is saved to your Photos library only when you choose to save it.

Privacy

Qlumos does not collect your personal data. How the app uses the camera, microphone, and Photos is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

Qlumos requires a compatible iPhone and the iOS version shown on the App Store. Which countries can download it is set in App Store Connect and can change.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. Effects are visual and can miss, lag, or look imperfect. I do not promise uninterrupted or error-free use. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for loss arising from your use of the app.

Changes

If these terms change, the updated text will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continuing to use Qlumos after that means you accept the update.
